BI Adoption and Roll-out Programs
We will support the initiatives that turn the successful project into a successful solution by developing a roll out and sustenance program to drive adoption. In doing so, we will employ the sustenance component of BI Exploitation Best Practice.

We will focus on getting the most out of your existing environment.

At the planning and strategy stage, we will work with you to:

• Document how user adoption will be achieved and what metrics will be applied to determine success. This will include change management and training initiatives.
• Identify the organisational structure and skills required to sustain and grow the level of adoption as the system expands and evolves.

At the delivery stage, we will work with you to:

• Carry out workshops with key user groups to transfer skills and help them map it to their knowledge of the business.
• Perform periodic reviews of the solution that look at the use and adoption of the system and measure the business value delivered.

From a business value perspective, a more simple solution well executed and extensively used is by no means automatically inferior to the latest leading edge technical solution.
